Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation and therapeutic services to our clients in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work with individuals of all ages and diverse needs, promoting independence and improving their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans.

• Provide hands-on therapy and training to improve clients' daily living skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.

• Stay updated with the latest therapy techniques and research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
