What We're Looking For: We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification.

• Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• Have a genuine passion for helping children with special needs achieve their communication and learning goals.

• Demonstrate strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.

• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Show dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with the latest therapy techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine individual speech and language therapy needs.

• Develop and implement personalised therapy plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.

• Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy as necessary.

• Provide support and training to school staff in speech and language therapy techniques.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices.
